If you’re not a SmartBox customer yet, you can purchase a new SmartBox unit, join the Unlimited plan, and get the Book Now button added to your Google Business Profile at no additional cost for the life of your subscription. What if I don’t want a SmartBox — can I still get the Book Now button?

What if I don’t have a Google Business Profile yet?
You’ll need a claimed, verified Google Business Profile for us to add the button to. If you haven’t set one up, tell us when you call and we can point you to the fastest way to get it verified.
How is the Book Now button different from my scheduling tool?
The Book Now button is native to Google — it’s not a third-party service that pulls customers off Google into a separate booking system. Customers book instantly without ever leaving Google Maps or Search, which removes friction and improves conversion.
Does this replace my website or other booking tools?
No — it adds a booking path directly on Google Search and Maps, on top of whatever else you’re already using. Most locksmiths run it alongside their existing site and phone line.
How fast does it go live?

What happens if I miss a payment?
